feeling cold and shaking or shivering middle of night

I have eplepsiy.  I have been taking carbotral and kapra.  So far everything is great.  However, sometimes middle of night when I am sleeping I feel cold and shaking.  Six years ago, my doctor told me I have hypogolcemia and he told me not to go to bed with empty stomach. I know this has nothing to do with being hypoglocemia. I am woundering if it is a seizure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
