Welcome to HealingWell.
(Few non specific white matter signal abnormally foci bilaterally.)
From what I could find online, the above finding is not uncommon in many individuals.
(Likely reflecting gliosis with differential considerations in including sequelae of infectious/inflammatory etiology,or migrainous angiopathy.)
It seems to be suggesting that the Gliosis (apparently neural cells that form after healing from an injury) may be caused by an inflammatory process or, if my information is correct, from a migraine type influence on the blood vessels.
(There is minor blurring of the grey-white junction with associated FLAIR hypertensive signal involving the sibcortial and deep white matter of the left postcentral gyrus, raising the concern for possible migrational abnormality.)
From an online source, see below, I believe this is what they are referring to for the migrational abnormality, but remember, they said possible. So they are again speaking generally.
"In the developing brain, neurons must migrate from the areas where they are born to the areas where they will settle into their proper neural circuits. Neuronal migration, which occurs as early as the second month of gestation, is controlled by a complex assortment of chemical guides and signals. When these signals are absent or incorrect, neurons do not end up where they belong.":
Best for you to talk to your doctor or neurologist. Please let us know how it turns out, and please, the report says much in what it doesn't say, namely no tumors or growths or significant structural problems found.
