I am with you on the leg pain. That is by far my worst issue. The other night my legs ached so bad, I couldn't stand it. I finally remembered that I had arnica cream right next to me, so I rubbed some on, and took a melatonin. Within 20 minutes I was asleep, practically pain free.
I am LOVING the melatonin. It helps me sleep and I feel much more rested in the morning. I am hit and miss with the arnica cream, sometimes it works great, other times not so much. Maybe it depends when I use it, or for what type of pain. It is worth a try tho, as it is natural, and inexpensive.
