My NP called last night, unfortunately I was at work so dh took the message. They want to get a CT scan of the head. I have another appointment in 2 weeks with the doctor. He has to ask me some questions to relay to the techs, and then the wait time for the tests, what will that be, a couple months? Ugh. If I was home, I would have asked him what they were looking for, now I have to wait to find out. I'm not worred though, but dh is. He is scared that they are looking for a tumour, funny guy. I think he has watched too much tv! lol
On a side note... I had to come home early from work last night. I waitress, and I work with some younger people. It's a high energy environment, with lots of physical contact from coworkers and tomfoolery. Everyone knows not to touch my back. There is this one guy, a body builder, thought I looked tense one day and went to squeeze my shoulders, well didn't I drop to the floor! He felt so bad, lol. This other guy can't seem to get it through his head not to touch me. He was kidding around, and he was gettign very loud (he is army reserve and his talking is other people's yelling) and yelling in my ear. It was gettign painful and I was starting to feel confused (I didn't want to leave as I was at the napking folding station). When he saw I was getting upset, he took me by the shoulders and shook me a bit (don't get me wrong, this was all friendly, but you know we can't tolerate that kind of treatment). I did get angry and warned him not to touch me again. So what does he do? He slapped my back! I hurt if even the baby pats my back. So I went into spasms, took Tylenol, then Advil, but it was still burning. I worked through the biggest rush then had to go home. I was supposed to close, so I lost money with hours and all the tips I would have made then.
