One of Diane's sons was in a very bad car accident. They have him in a coma until his body can function on it's own. He has already had some surgeries on different parts of his body.

 

For those that don't know Diane her screen name is Ericsmom. She has already lost one son.

 

Please keep her son Michael and her family in your prayers. She needs all our strength right now.

I don't know if there's anything I could tell you to ease your pain.  My heart aches for you.  You know, I'm not normally the praying type, but if there's anyone who deserves them, it's you.  We are all here for you if you need us.

Diane I am so sorry to hear this news. Of course my prayers are w/ you, your son and your family. I wish there was more I could do to help you at this time.

Marlee, thank you for letting us know, I just can't believe she has to have such a horrible thing happen to her again. Pls let us know what is happening and if there is anything we can do. You know she has our prayers.

Oh, Diane, this is horrible!  You have gone through so much already.  The prayers have already started and I hope Michael responds quickly and amazes the doctors with his strength.

They had to airlift him to Toronto so Diane is not at home but I hope to hear from her again soon. She has been through so much with her sons I can't believe this is happening to her and her family. And poor Michael has a lot to go through before this is over.

 

All we can do is pray and pray for him. He is young and healthy so he does have that going for him.

Michael is out of the coma and breathing on his own now. They had to do more surgery on one of his legs. He is not quite himself but hopefully his brain will heal also, he has a skull fracture. Sounds like it's going to be a long road back so I pray for Michael and Diane so she will have the strength to take care of him. They have a close family which means everything during times like this.
