You are so not alone and I agree that your body is trying to adjust to the extra workload and it sounds pretty overwhelming too.
I find that when I think about
all the tasks on my "to do" list too much, it becomes overwhelming and I feel worse and overwhelmed too. I stress out about
it. SO much to do, so little time and so little energy to do it all!!
My Dad always used to say "How do you eat an elephant?" And I'd say "Ewww Daddy, I don't eat Elephant" - not the point, but if you had to eat an elephant, you'd do it "One bite at a time." That's how I try to look at my life these days. Some says I take fewer bites and on bad days I may not take any at all, but we can get things done at our pace - - whatever that is, and one bite at a time.
