Thank you everyone for such a warm welcome, I will check out Fibro 101 and the mag/malic acid combo. It's sad that in this day and age we have to go around being in pain because we can't get the drugs we need. Not drugs to get high but to take away this awful 24/7 pain.
I went to the pain clinic and the first thing he asked me was what I expected from this clinic? I told him I want to be free from pain, he told me that it woudn't be possible, maybe take away 40-50% at best. He said I wasn't doing enough for myself like excersize, mind over matter, positive attitude, stuff like that.
First of all I'm on oxygen, should be 24/7 but I only do it at night or when I really need it. My endurance is nill. RA is crippling my hands, nuropthy is crippling my feet, my back is in spasims. He did say I should be getting shots in my back but since I just had heart surgery and am on Plavix, they won't do it until I'm off, which is a year.
Am I asking too much of the medical profesion? Is it possible to be pain free?
He took me off the Gabapenten and now I'm on the Lyrca, I'm hurting more than ever.
Your right about noise mamanan, it bothers me more than I can say, but whacha gonna do? Kids just aren't quiet. LOL
Who do I talk too, where do I go? My medical plan suggested I go see a physicrest, am I nuts too along with everything else?
