I don't have anyone to scratch my back but I do have back scratchers in my kitchen, on my nightstand, at my computer, and a collapsable one in my purse! I do scratch my back a lot and always use the scratcher on my nightstand before going to bed. Feels great, doesn't it?!!!

Sometimes I will have DH to use his fingertips all over my back especially around my shoulderblades and it feels good I don't want him to quit.
The bath scrubbies are too rough for my skin most of the time.
luv and hugs

I like to use a pig bristle brush in the tub. It does indeed feel good!

Did you all know that in our skin we have a natural hormone similar to valium? I remember when I was a kid I would like to rub my back on the school bus seats. It would make me warm and feel good. My doctor says before a bath to rub oil in my skin. Especially the arm area and it will release this hormone. Pretty cool.
Hugs, Karen
