I know that many of us can't work due to the pain and fatigue of fibromyalgia, so I wanted to share a tip.
For the past month I've belonged to a website called www.thegrocerygame.com (I don't have any vested interest in this site). The owner researches all of the sales at grocery stores, matches them with newspaper coupons, and comes up with this formula of when you should buy/stock up on what items. It costs about a dollar a week to join, but I've been saving 30-40 percent on my grocery bill.
It takes time to go through all of the coupons, sale adds, website, etc., but if you aren't working, you might find that it is worth it. My husband told me that this is now my "job."
Also, if you shop online, you can go to www.retailmenot.com (again, no vested interest in the site) and look up promotional codes for online stores.
As a non-working fibromite, I'm always looking for ways to save!!
