Sera, I heard some good advice about fish oil supplements recently! A lot of people complain about "fish burps" after taking them (ick, doesn't sound pleasant) and I heard that if you take them before you eat, your food settles and mixes with the supplement; but if you take it after you eat, it sits on top of your food and is more likely to repeat. It makes sense when you think about it...don't know if that helps with the "smell" issue!

this one! Just make sure you eat VERY shortly after you take the pill, though, because if you wait too long you might start to feel sick to your stomach (which is what happens to me)
I also take Magnesium, Malic Acid, Vitamin C, B-12, a B-complex, and Calcium. I've been taking this combo for about
4 months now, and although I can't say I feel all better, if I forget to take my vitamins, I definitely notice that I feel worse!
