Docs visit on tues, have Q's about elavil

    My doctor increased the Fentenoyl to 50 MCG every 48 hours and also gave me

Norco 10/325 . but , he knew i had a few dilaudid left at home so i had to watch the

nurse flush them , omg that was a sin to watch .. He also wants MRI's of cervical

and thoracic spine. It has been a very long time since i have had these done,

so it will be interesting what they find. < he still wants me to go easy and only

do easy R.O.M. and no exercises with that. So, yes i am still hurting even tho i went easy today. and dang // i forgot what he said about walking. Oh well do you think i should start walking more ?  < When i take my 25 mgs of elavil later then 8:00 pm i don't wake up

till around 11:00 in the morning and it takes awhile to wake up. I'm sure it's due to all the other meds i am on. I sure am getting tired of this flair up, this sure is getting old..

Well i say,,,Ugggggggggggggg ///  oh yea, i do not have an appitite, i usually have

2 yogerts for the day . Anyone else like that ??

    As for you and not sleeping well, did you try tylenol pm ? and also try some

camomile tea helps . Maybe ask your doctor for a mild sleeping pill like

zolpidem , for the nights you only need it. I also have that .

I have arthritis in my neck and had not had x-rays done in years till last spring- so I was very curious on what it was going to show. Mine showed moderate arthritis, and I thought that was pretty good as it had not changed alot over all that time. I take it you have had back problems?

I am not on any of the meds you are taking, so can't offer any advice there- I do try to walk everyday, that helps keep my muscle strength up and the pain. I can't walk far- 3 long blocks if it is outside, a third of the mall, or the perimeter and a few aisles in the grocery store. I may try to push my body a little more this summer, but for right now that is all I can do without my muscles cramping up and I can't move! The ROM is good and I also do gentle stretching exercises.

When the fibro first hit me about a year ago I could not eat anything except like you are doing now, maybe a couple yogurts a day or pudding. I had to get the Nurtrition drinks in a can because I was not getting any nutrition. Now my appetite is back, believe me to the tune of gaining 13 pounds over the winter. And maybe this flare is not helping things either-
