Hey folks; I get that achey feeling all over at around 2 PM every day. I go in and lie down and wrap up in a hugh heating pad, on very low for a couple of hours, well for at least an hour. Sometimes I doze off but mostly just watch TV and get cosy. Eventually the feeling fades. If not, I declare
it a "day to be gotten through" and throw in the towel, rest. Quick supper from frozen entree's. That's the best I can manage, on those days.
