In case anyone has noticed, I have been missing in action for the past 2 weeks. I've had a friend visiting from good old Cali, so we have been having LOTS of fun playing catch up. I should be back to my normal daily posting self by the end of the week. yeah A great big welcome to all the newbies that have joined the family since I've been away. :-)

BTW-just in case no one has noticed that I've been gone, um.....nevermind! LOL smilewinkgrin

I noticed that you were gone, was thinking about emailing you. But didn't want to bother you. I know that you weren't feeling all that well when you posted last.

I am glad that you had a friend come to visit. I bet that was fun. A lot of catching up for you. It is always a blast to have a friend from the past. I made a rhyme. lol...

It sounds llike you are feeling better, I am happy for that. Keep us posted. I know that you will be on more soon.

I always notice when your gone, and give it a little time before I ask someone about it because I know life can get busy or we can go through some rough times. Well, I am happy to hear it was "good" times and sounds like you had alot of fun with your friend! :-)

I noticed you were gone but thought you were "chicken sitting" for mama bird, Chutz!  I'm glad to see that you will be back soon.  Have a great time with your friend!

LOL-y'all are funny! Yeah, I have been having WAY too much fun with my friend from Cali. It's weird how we were never close when I lived there, and now we're....well, let's just say we are REALLY close now. tongue I'd go into details, but this is a PG site. smilewinkgrin

Anyway, like I said, I should be back to my usual posting self later this week. Unfortunately, my friend goes back home on Thursday. cry I've never had a long distance relationship, but I think we're gonna give it a try. *SIGH* Why is love so difficult? Oh well, at least I don't need pain meds for that, right? wink

I was thinking you had a GIRL-friend from Calif. visiting!! But it's a GUY-friend!  smilewinkgrin

Wish you the best with the long distance relationship! With technology the way it is now- there is no lack of communication, and "why" not give it a shot!

Kelly, I had missed you.  I don't have much time for posting here lately, but I read the headlines so I wondered where you were.  I too thought you were talking about a girlfriend.  Good luck with the long distance relationship.

Kelly, I also thought it was just a regular friend who visited you, but sounds like it is an extra special friend. I hope the two of you had a wonderful time together and that the long distance relationship works out for you. Is California a long ways away?
