Thank you all so much! I will definitely mention the breathing thing to my dr. I live in Savannah, GA and it has just gotten so hot here that by the time I get myself and the kids ready to go anywhere, I have to start all over because my clothes are either all sweaty or uncomfortable. I think this is a big part of the attacks I'm getting because it happened again this morning but I was able to feel it coming on and calm myself down before everyone in church started to notice. I used to be a very cold natured person and now I feel like I can't breath if it is hot. Maybe I just need to uproot and move somewhere more fibro-friendly. Any suggestions?
