Virgil, I have problems like that off and on. When I'm in one of my better periods, I don't have much problem. But, right now I'm entering the time of year when I'm having more problems. Today, when walking my dog, I felt like I had lead weights on my legs and a bookbag full of bowling balls on my back. But, if I keep going, I usually will feel a little better.
Donnaeil, as you know, swimming isn't a weight-bearing exercise so you should be able to do more and breathe better. But, when you add gravity, it is harder but very good for you. It helps keep you stronger too. Stairs are a problem for me, because of lack of strength in my legs. I'm not short of breath but I do hang on to the railing...tightly!
