Hi everyone, I am just posting left and right!
I am trying this new theory. Work through the pain because I am going to hurt anyway. This may be dumb or it may be smart, don't know yet! But I wanted to work in the yard, so I did. Yes, I did more more slowly and got less done. And yes, I hurt and had trouble sleeping, but . . . that happens anyway. So I suppose I can't do that every day, but sometimes must be ok.
At the same time, I am allowing myself to use my cane when walking sometimes. I use it before I start hurting and have found that I can walk further. This seems like a good idea because I can build up my strength and endurance. Plus I can walk further with less pain this way.
I think this fibro thing takes some trial and error to figure out!
