I push a double stroller 4 - 5 dys a wk, about a mile. I also chase little ones M thru F. (I do day care) I am up and down the stairs several times a day. All this is enough to almost kill me! I tried the Leslie Sasone 3 mile Walk video, but, it was too painful on my hips, I had to quit. That's about it for me. I used to love exercising but as the Fibro has gotten more advanced, it takes the fun out of it. they say that exercising can make you feel better, but so far, it only hurts more. I've found that even when I am consistent and keep it up for a good length of time, my symptoms don't fade.
