I have back and neck pain all of the time. It mainly is in my shoulders and between the shoulder blades. Also some around my rib cage. I get the sweats, too. Some times I wake up at night and my nightgown is totally wet and I have to change it...and the sheets, too. When I'm in a flare I've had terrible times with my feet. Summer is the worst time for me and the past two summers I could barely walk. So far, this year, I'm not having that problem. So, what you are having can be fibro.
I only use an emergency room for emergencies. You should see your doctor and take a complete list of all the meds he/she has prescribed. You might not need all of that stuff and some of it could be giving you problems. I have heard of doctors prescribing and prescribing and never stopping any other meds. Also, write down what vitamins and herbs you are taking too. All of this can interact. Meds can interact with med and herbs can interact with meds.
I know it is frustrating but I've had fibro for decades. It waxes and wanes. I will have bad periods followed by better periods. Try not to stress and think that you will continually get worse. The stress makes things worse. Try to remember that you are a day closer to feeling better!
