I just wanted to know how everyone else is feeling this morning. I can't complain, no real pain to mention. I am just dog tired, but I think I did that to myself, a little anxious too, but I'm grouping that with being tired, cause that tends to go hand in hand with me.

Well quite tired here. I'm pretty sure I got a decent amount of sleep, but still exhausted anyway. I'm really dreading dragging myself into work this afternoon.

have you ever asked your dr. about a stimulant? i have been on adderall for about a week and it has really helped with my fatigue. i actually have some motivation now and my thoughts seems clearer. another drug......provigil, helps some people too. it didnt work for me tho. it never hurts to ask!!!

Well, since you asked---I did some shrub and ground cover trimming 2 days ago and am paying the price now.  My shoulders hurt all night long.  I got up at 5:00 and put my TENS patches on for 20 minute.  Then a hot bath.  That helped so I was off to the dog park by 6:00 a.m. and on my bike by 8:00.  Feeling a little better now and going to the library to pick up the newest Stephanie Plum book!

Went shopping yesterday, maybe too much walking. Have slept poorly the last few nights. Last night, slept reasonably well, but not long enough.

So... Feeling ok but achy. Had to promise myself a latte this morning to even motivate myself out of bed.
