You cannot see my pain.
I look normal to you.
You say I am fine,
but you don't know the truth.
I may look healthy.
I may look very fit.
But the reality is
that I am rather sick.
You cannot see my illness.
But it really is there.
I am not faking to get attention.
It is not all in my head.
You cannot see my pain.
You cannot understand.
But this is very real.
This invisible illness of mine.
