i want to cry so bad

i am in so much pain right now my eyes are watering im not suppose to take another soma for another hour or so but i cant stand the pain. From my jaw to my legs i am sore. I am incredibly achey! it hurts to type cus i feel so stiff. Ive walked around walmart twice tonight ive played w my nephew as best i could earlier when i took my soma did i over due it? My body is so tired. Sorry guys i just needed to vent some :(

I'm sorry you are hurting :( Have you tried a hot bath or a heating pad? I find that heat will help my pain short term. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I am so sorry you are in such pain... eyes I pray that you feel better...  yeah   

you know I'm right there with you though.. my shoulder blades hurt soo much. I'm sure its stress as my daughter is moving home with her baby of 1 yr and we are not ready yet .. I have so much to do . going through withdraw from lyrica also ... does not help.. I just keep looking at everything I need to get done and just can't seem to do it..

I ran short of my Soma this month. and my Perc .. going to see my Doc today and maybe up the amount he gives me and ask about a longer acting pain med. I have been putting this longer acting pain meds off for a year now.. I think its time.

Canimia I hope you are feeling better this morning.

 

Spirit my shoulder blades are one of my worse areas too. When they are bad I have my DH take his fingertips and massage all around them and it helps.

the shoulder blades are the worst for me too.. in constant pain and burning ,its sever..  cry  

you know the Good thing about my daughter coming home is ; idea : she is in Massage School and specializing in massage for Fibro .... Cool Hu... I had her get with her teacher and also learn about ME and CFS... not just CF.. she was like wow .. I had no idea..

 

she has always been a great advocate and will go to my Doc Apt with me and I hers.. she is in chronic pain and has been from age 12 ... sad hu...but she is strong
