Has anyone found relief from the Guaifenesin (Mucinex) Protocol?

I know that it helps my muscles, but I take magnesium (with malic acid) and that helps too.
I read about
the guai diet, I can't possibly eliminate all the silacylites that we have to eliminate. There is a book about
the guai protocol, but I can't remember the name and author.
Best wishes,
Hugs, Karen

Thanks, Karen...
Do you take Mucinex daily? If so, at what dose?
