Going up to the great north woods of Michigan till next Wednesday. You all be good and gentle with yourselves while I'm gone. Also, could someone please remember to bump up the "Cheers!" newbie post every few days?

Mmmmm.... campfires, cooking out, no phone, no brides, no cakes, .... Aaahhhhhh! Peace and quiet.

Enjoy, Michigan is a beautiful state!!!!! I grew up across the big lake in Wisconsin.

I'm considering moving to northern Michigan. It's so beautiful - very similar to Alaska where I live now, but on a smaller, more accessible scale. Have a wonderful time. We will mss your warm supportive presence here!
