Just a short note on how the remission is going. I had forgotten how wonderful it is to be able to do things. I went SHOPPING last week all day then the next day i wore high heels. And I suffered no pain at all. then I helped my daughter in law to be pack to move into the new house they brought. I spent all day packing and then a few days later I was able to help her clean the house before handing the keys over. On my visit to my new Doctor she agreed that until I had spent some time in remission I would stay on the meds I am taking. But remission does happen it took me years before it happened the first time but when I dropped out the pain was not as bad. So maybe when I drop out this time it will be better again, I am careful I try not to over tire myself or overdo things but the pain has almost disappeared my frozen right shoulder is now normal. I encourage everyone to believe that one day it could happen. My first Dr told me to believe it could happen and it has. No stiffness in the morning I feel normal.
