I've had several done on my upper and lower body. I do remember putting them in my feet, on the top of the foot if I remember (as I try to part the fog). Some people say they are painful, but compared to the fibro and nerve pain I have, it was a cake walk for me. The needles are very small ones and not inserted very far at all. They put them from my upper thighs to my feet in different places. I can't recall how many, but I know I didn't feel like I was wired for sound. I had nerve conduction studies done at the same time. Maybe the needles were for that? Dam this fog!!!!
