My post sounds like a song title!!!
Wednesday, I was accepted to a PhD program!!! Yay! Many of you probably remember last year when I was mourning not being accepted anywhere. I might be accepted to two and have to choose. This is so exciting.
They know about the fibro, arthritis, myofacial pain syndrome, bursitis and other stuff and they still want me. Whoopee.
Friday, I cooked an egg on the gas stove, and instead of turning the stove off, I turned it down. Essentially, the center was lit and the edges were spewing out gas. I left it on for 12 hours! When I got home from work at 7:30, the house stunk bad bad bad. Had to air it out. After that, went to the store and got stuff for daughter's baby shower. When I got to her sister's house (who was giving the shower), I gathered up all of my bags because I have been in a flare and really sore lately. I did not want to make two trips. But I shut the door and noticed my lights were on. But I couldn't find my keys because they were in the ignition. I have a combination hideakey and the numbers would not turn! Hubby had to come and rescue me. He asked why I didn't close the casing over the combination numbers, and I did not even know it could close!!! He had to get the key out with pliers.
Flare and fog have been getting me good lately. Hope to get past this soon so I can think!
