My Dad went to Heaven today

I wanted to let you all know that my Dad went to Heaven early this morning. Many of you

already know that my Dad was my inspiration. He had so many dreadful diseases and lived

his life in a positive way, never giving up hope. I'm so grateful that he was my Dad.

Last night I was talked to him and I never would of guessed it would of been my last.

We always tell eachother I love you before we hang up. I feel my Dad with me as I type

this. I'm so happy he is at peace. He will be sadly missed.

I'm flying to Wisconsin and will return to my fibro family in two weeks. Please say a prayer

for my family.

Robin, I'm so sorry for your loss, but you haven't lost him!  You know exactly where he is and you know you will be together again and never be separated again, either!  I'm glad you were able to talk to him last night.  He knows how much you love him so that will give you more peace.

I will keep you and your family in my prayers.  Have a safe trip.  You know he is now in no pain and has joy unspeakable!

blush Robin, please know you will be in my prayers! I lost my Dad almost 17 years ago and still miss him terribly! I know how much it hurts, I also know it does get better with time. Please have a safe trip. I'm sure you have a lot of wonderful memories. Take care. Donna

Know that you have many fond memories too. And that you will be together again some day. Also it sounds like he is looking over you already. That is awesome.

Robin, I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I'm so glad you got the chance for the conversation w/ him last night. It will help you, just to know you each got to say, 'I love you'.

I lost my father almost 31 yrs ago, he wasn't able to speak the last couple of days. I spent the day before w/ him and he 'signed' I love you to me. Even w/ so little energy, he wanted to tell me one last time. I cherish that w/ all my heart.

I am so glad you can feel your father w/ you now. I get that quite often, and it is very comforting to me.

I pray that God gives you and your family the strength to get thru this, lean on each other and Him. Pls know my prayers and thoughts are w/ all of you.

I'm so sorry Robin. I'm glad you had time with him not long ago. Every moment and every conversation with those we love are so precious to us when they are gone. Take comfort knowing he will never suffer again.

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. It's real hard no matter what your age. I lost mine 2 years ago and I was holding his hand
when he died. I asked him to let me know he was all right and outside his window was a robin to let me know.

So sorry to hear about your loss.  I lost my dad 15 years ago but I wouldn't call him back because he suffered so much here on earth.

I'm so glad you got to talk to him one last time.

I am so sorry to hear about your dad passing away. I am sure he is in Heaven with Jesus. I will say a prayer for you and your family. I know what it is like to lose a loved one. As you may know, my father-in-law passed away in January, and he was very much like a father to me. I loved him very much. What is important to remember is that the two of you had a wonderful relationship and you have many wonderful memories that you can always cherish. He sounds like a wonderful man. Keep all the fond memories you have of him close to your heart and his passing won't hurt so much. I wish you and your family the best. You are in my prayers.

Robin, So sorry for the lose of your father, Keep that last night with him in your heart. He will always be with you, and charish the time you had with him. It is wonderfull you had such a great relationship with him. My prayers are with you.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy as you say goodbye to your dad. I too was my dads' buddy and we were very close. Losing him was very hard even though he was 83 and we were expecting it. I admired him so very much as you do your dad. He will always be in who you are, in your thoughts and your good deeds.

I'm so sorry for your lost of your Dad. I wish I could give you a hug right now, but for now a gental hug thru the net will take the hugs place. I pray you will find strength in your love for your Dad to help carry you thru these days to come. Thinking of you!!!
