My problems started with severe vertigo, headache, and feeling stiff and achey in the morning. For the past month I've had 'vertigo' again, but I've also just found out (on Friday the 13th haha) that I have Bradycardia..so that's likely why I feel the 'vertigo'. I can't stand in the shower, walk two feet, or do anything physical without almost fainting or getting severely dizzy & completely exhausted. Makes daily life almost impossible right now..I'm a single mommy. Luckily for us both I have great family support.
I have a constant headache, so I consider it a real headache when it splits. I don't know the answers, but I know the pain. My neurologist prescribed Fioricet for my migraines and it really helped.. I can't take it anymore because of my other meds, but it's definitely one I'd recommend-from my experience, if you're able to take it.
I'm not sure about the seasonal thing..I'm really sensitive to cold..so of course, winter is a bad experience. I get cold, tighten up, and my pain sky rockets. This is why I'm especially grateful my sister and brother-in-law moved my daughter and I to New Mexico. Iowa winters didn't bode well!!
