Dealing with headaches again!

How can I deal with headaches? I've taken allergy medince, sinus medicine, ibuprofen, generic Ativan and I think that's it. I woke up with this headache yesterday and today. It's being more persistent today and now it's been here for hours. Please offer suggestions if you have some I havent' tried. Thanks

Migraines maybe? I take Sumatriptan for them and it usually knocks them out within about 15 minutes. You may also want to try Excedrin Migraine. Sumatriptan is a prescription medication.

I take a couple of excedrin. I do notice the days I'm not drinking enough water,
I'm more prone to the headaches. Sitting in a darkened room doing deep breathing
and meditation helps me.

What kinds of foods are you eating ..? Are you drinking alot of coffee or pop? Caffeine use or abuse then lets say today no coffee or pop or less can sometimes trigger headaches . I will be honest with you , in many cases combinations of foods have caused me bad headaches also too much time staring at a computer screen and even posture . I wish you luck !

fioroinal is a prescription med that really helps me. It has asprin instead of tylenol in it.
