Good Morning Fibro Fam!!!

 

How is everyone doing today????? It's finally friday

even with a shorter work week, it seems like it took forever for Friday to be here!!!

 

I'm feeling ok today prolly about a 3 ish again today. Still not sleeping well, I went to

bed again around 1:30 ish. Getting up at 6...it's pretty hard. But I can sleep in Saturday.

 

So tell me how is your pain level today??

Hello!! I feel human today! I'm back to my normal 2 and I'm thrilled. I had a few days of yuck, and I do NOT want to go back there. I need the weather to warm up just a tad, and all will be as perfect as it can be! TGIF everyone!!!

 For the last month my pain levels have been around 3-8. Feeling crazy and depressed!! Maybe it is the crazy weather or who knows, just sick of it. Today my pain level is 4. Lets hope it stays there instead of going all over the place.

Well, I was feeling just dandy until Tachycardia decided to pop in a few minutes ago. No reason, no stress, just - hello! I've tried bearing down, yawning, deep breathing, everything I know to short-circuit it, and it's not budging.

My doctor never seems worried about this, I guess because it's not technically that high (around 110) but I am, because my normal is 70 or so. It really wears me out, too. This is one big reason I'm trying to wean myself off of Nortriptyline and Klonopin.

As far as pain today I am probably at about a 3 the port area is still bothering me and I have the icky diareah today. Not fun need to get some rice soup that is supposed to help with diareah also have to keep drinking my fruit juice that helps too. Sorry you didnt get much sleep last night hope. I hope you have a great weekend.

I'm sorry you're having such a yucky day, Shirley! I get those days, too, I call them "sludge" days. Are you sure fruit juice isn't making it worse, though? Is your port area still red too?

Having a bad pain day today....about at a 7-8. I also have no energy at all. I would write more, but I feel too crappy.

yes Debbie port area is still really red up by the neck but the part that is really hurting is where the port is actually at. Could just be a fibro thing though one never knows. LOL
I have a cancer book they gave me at the hospital and it said to help the sludges is to drink or eat fruits so Im trying lol. This too shall pass.

3.5 I am achy today, but my energy level could be worse. (could be better, but it has been worse) I have a lot of pin prick sting pains today also.

Debbie, try to take deep breathes and cough REALLY HARD, it may take several times for it to work....at times it will stop it the first time and then has been times it takes more than once.

Hey Shirley keeping you in prayer, I went to my MIL cancer information meeting, according to the cancer nurse, she is sick already so chemo shouldn't be an issue for her...yes I did struggle with that answer. confused

sotiredoffibro...My doc says the b.r.a.t. diet for diarrhea. Banana's, rice, applesauce and toast. I helps me. I hope you feel better soon.

My pain level was only a 3-4 for part of the day...but flared to a solid 8+. Stress is not my friend.

Hello all,

My pain level today is at about a 4 . I have a lot of achiness and constant nagging burning in my neck back and shoulders hope tomorrow bring a better day.
