Good Morning Fibro Friends!!!

 

How is everyone doing today?? I'm ok...I think I pulled something in my back, so I'm sore, but other that that...I'm pretty much the same about a 3-4 today.

 

Hope everyone is in low numbers today!!

It's been a stressful day already, and it is only 9:30 in the morning here. My husband and I are waiting for his school money to come in. We desperately need that money so we can get our van fixed. I just keep praying that it comes in. My level is about a 5 or 6 right now. I hope it goes down at least a little.

Awww Sass, I'm sorry to hear you are already stressed out on this Monday.

I am praying that the $$ comes in super fast, so you can get your van fixed. Hopeing you number comes down quick also!!!

Thanks. I really appreciate that. It's been really hard on my hubby and myself not having a running car. We desperately need to get this money FAST. So I really appreciate that prayers.

Hi hope sorry about your back hurting and Sassy I will be praying that the money comes in soon. Like even today.
As far as pain right now its probably at a 3 and the feeling sick is at a 6. I am blaming myself for the sick part though. After all these years of knowing that I dont deal well with oral pain meds I have to try them again. LOL I just took another anti-nausea pill and no more pain pills. So hopefully I will feel better soon.

Sassy I also am praying that your needs are met soon!! That's the thing about God, He's never early but He's always on time!!! My pain, about a 3 sitting, but then when I try to get up shoots up to a 7! Anxiety is very high! Have an important decision about going back to work or staying on long term dis. if thay approve it. I called and talked to my manager this am and she said I'd have to come back full time and within a couple of weeks meet productivity and 100% accuracy and quite frankly I just don't see that happening. why couldn't she say yes! come back, no worries, we'll work it out.. I understand they have buisness to run..I feel like I'm grieving my career. I just feel very very sad!

Sorry for those hurting bad today and grieving losses. I'm feeling pretty good,
went to the rheumy this morning for more bloodwork...my liver enzymes have
been elevated and waiting to see if they are back in the normal range.

I did get a 3 mile walk in and happy about that!!!

I'm pretty good - maybe a 2, but I have had a weird new symptom the last couple of days. My left leg will very suddenly get numb and achey in a way I haven't experienced before, and then start to collapse. Yuk. One more thing to worry about.
I hope everybody's day improves!

Debbie, I'm wondering if you have some nerve impingement going on. I know
you have lumbar disc issues. I had the same problem with my right leg due
to bad lumbar discs and sciatica. Don't wait to long to get it checked out. I have
some permanent nerve damage because of it.

Sorry to those of you who are having a bad day. Hopefully it will get better soon. I am not sure what to think of today. I have been in so much pain for over a week...thought it was a flare after camping but found out Friday that I have a yeast and urinary tract infection. I think it must be getting under control somewhat b'cuz I swear the pain from that is less than half of what it was yesterday. I am also at full dose of Savella now for 3 days so maybe it is working and I will actually have some decent days...or at least parts of days. Of course...I tried not to overdo it but pretty much failed miserably...lol. Walked to Target, carried home a few groceries and a gallon of milk. Who knew milk was so heavy. Laundry, Finished part 2 of my dishes and have a decent supper cooking. Now it is time to check in and then rest and relax. I am not sure I remember what it is like to feel even this good...hanging at a 3.
