hi all. up date on what is going with me. I again had to go to the emergency room. I had a heart rate of 180. I am sure it had been higher. this was after an hour of it racing out of control and having a seizure. They found out I have a severe heart arythmia that has been misdiagnosed since birth. They have been saying I was having panic attacks and every other excuse. The sevella has just made the condition much worse. No one with a heart condition should ever be put on it. Well long story short I have to go in for a heart ablation, where they go in with and burn theextra pathway closed that are causing my heart to go haywire. I am scared as hell right now. I go in on wed. for the surgery and hopefully it will work and they dont screw it up and kill me or end me up with a pacemaker. I am way too young for this to be happening to me. They may let me go that day because know my fibromyalgia pain levels are very high right now and I need to be in my own comfort zone and bed. and trying to feed me with my food allergies in the hospital is near impossible. My mom has to bring me food. The docs are finally being wonderful. thank you for the support I recieve here it means a lot to me.

So sorry you are going through this Moon, but glad they found the source of the problem and can treat it.  So many symptoms are blown off as anxiety and panic.  My mom had a heart beat of almost 200 for a month...lost 15 pounds during that time and was put in a mental ward of a hospital for 'severe panic disorder!  It took them a week to figure out it was her thyroid...such a simple test and the symptoms were classic!  Hang in there and will be praying for speedy recovery.

Oh my gosh, I'm sorry your having to go through all of that, luckily they found the culprit and can fix it I'll be saing a special prayer for you.. Keep us posted.

Hi moon just wanted you to know that you will be in my prayers. I know this is all very scarey but please try to relax because the stress of worry will be harder on your heart.

Golly, Moon, you have been through the mill but I'm really glad they FINALLY found out what was causing this.  Panic attacks and stress are blamed for too many things.  But, they will fix you up and  you should feel much better.  There are so many advances with heart "surgeries" and I'm glad you are being taken care of properly now. 

 

Let us know how everything went.  You will be just fine and feeling much better soon.

My husband had this procedure done because his episodes were getting so bad that he started getting faint. The procedure went great! I know it's scary to have any type of surgery, etc. but it will be so worth it for you. My husband is glad he had it done. Good luck! We all will be waiting to hear from you after Wed.

thank you all so much for the kind words and prayers. I will let everyone know how it goes once I am up and about . I too have been havin gthe fainting spells and i had one seizure which is why they are doing it. My blood pressure runs way too low for drug therapy.
