I was laying on the couch at 8 falling asleep, but when I tried to go to bed, wide awake. I took my nightly ambien and a soma to help relax my hip some but I think I've had an adverse reaction, ugh, just need to vent

So sorry Saintsfan! I can't believe after taking Lyrica and ambien, there are nights I still can't sleep!!
SO about
the "diet" info, I typed it ALL out this morning and then my computer did ~something~ and I lost it. *ugh* I'll work on it again later or tomorrow. sorry about
that. It's a lot of info.

Insomnia is the pits! Since starting my new medication though, I can't stay awake to even watch the new early evening television shows.
Hope you get some sleep tonight!

Sorry Saintsfan, I had problems falling asleep last night too. Too much on my mind I guess for me. I don't usually have any problem falling asleep, so last night was an exception to the rule. I will be praying that your hip pain feels better soon.

Ha ha, Nana, I ended up on the couch because I kept waking up my husband. After an endless day at work then the ball field to watch my daughter play, I think you could knock me down with a feather.
Mrs. Mike, can't wait to read it!

I usually go to sleep ok but I have a serious problem with waking up in the middle of the night. Are there many
of you who go through this??? I've been out of most of my herbs as they cut off my disability from work and I have
no income until they reinstate it. I know when I take most of my usual ones I don't get up very often.

I usually don't have a problem staying asleep, unless my bladder kicks in.It's just getting to dreamland that is the problem for me. What kind of herbs do you usually take Nana?
