Feet going numb

I have been experiencing feet pain on the bottom for awhile now. They turn beet red and get puffy, but now they are going numb anybody know what this is?

I have had numbness in my feet and hands for a long time. For me I believe it has to do with the arthritis in my back. It is best to get it checked out though because alot of serious back problems can cause numbness in the feet.

Gona have to do that. I do have horrible lower back pain. I have carpel tunnel in my hands. I need to get that fixed but not now because I am having knee surgery Friday. My husband says my symptoms are the same as his and he has Neuropathy. I am also ANA posative so I looked it up and Neuropathy is a main symptom of Lupus
