Im sorry everyone but I just need to vent........... if that is ok?
Just before Xmas I received a Speeding Camera Fine in the mail from a car I sold to a Guy 5 months earlier 
the car had been transfered out of my name into his 2 days after he baught it from me but when he got this fine (which had a clear picture of him driving) he done a Stat Dec nominating me as the driver! I ran the Transport people and they said that if need to go do a stat dec and PROVE that it wasnt me since he has already said it was me. So I did all this and posted it off just before Xmas day and that was that I havent heard anything back about it, YET! All this caused a horrible flare up as if I get upset my migranes go CRAZY and my sciatica seems to get worse plus the aches and pains on top of the usual stressful Xmas time.
Now I just recieved a Road Toll Final notice saying I must pay before it gets taken further or I get a bigger fine. I rang to Road Toll people and told them it wasnt me but the said he had done another stat dec saying I baught the car from him the day he really baught it from me Oh My Gosh this guy is just trying to make me for everything he does wrong and take the points he should be getting taken. So now I have to do another stat dec saying he is lying AGAIN and go through all the drama again. I spoke to a friend who is a policeman and he said that the police will get involved so it isnt over and it is going to continue till they get the truth. I am tellin the truth...... I have proof which I have already provided and they still are letting him get away with this.
I so sorry to ramble on and on but I just needed to get it out. I had the worst migrane since i opened that letter and thank god it has settled just enough to tell someone my story. I so hope tonight isnt a worse sleep then I have been having cos of all this. I am taking my girls to a theme park tomorrow as we have free passes, I could never forgive myself if I couldnt go
