I have never tried yoga or Tai Chi. I'm a swimmer and walker and those have helped me a lot. If I don't exercise, I feel weaker and in more pain. I also feel more fatigued.
Oh, I forgot. I do have a walking in place video that I would use during inclement weather that was good. It's by Leslie Sansone. She has a bunch of them out. Some are easier than others so I guess it depends on your level of pain and strength.
