I had Plantar Fasciitis in August of 2010... lasted about 6 months on and off. Actually that was when all my aches, pains and other Fibro sysptoms started to really ramp up. My advice... get it diagnosed by your family doctor and get a referral to a good physio... after aboyt 3 months of treatment, and then continuing on my own with the foot excercises that the physio gave me, the condition cleared up and got much better. If you wear flip flops... stop today, and get yourself a good supportive pair of shoes and sandles... Birkinstocks or Mephisto are good choices for sandles, and New Balance running shoes are great for support as well. Hope this helps.
