Yes, it could be fibro. Back, shoulder and neck pain happens with fibromites. The pains in the extremities can vary. I can have my right foot and left hip hurt. On my better days only my back, neck and shoulders hurt. So, it could be fibro.

Have you tried a gentle massage for your neck and back? This has helped me tremendously. Here is a link to find a good massage therapist near you that will know how to massage you correctly. Deep massage will kill you. Gentle massage help...at least for me. The therapists on this site have to continue their massage education yearly in order to be members. They don't cost more than other therapists but they know more techniques. Hope this helps you.
