Hi, Sheila, I also have Raynauds. My doc put me on a calcium channel blocker...there are a few out there...I take Diltiazem.
My hands and feet are my problem areas, sometimes my nose and ears are bothered too. The cold and stress really affect Raynauds. It is possible for my hands and feet to turn blue even during the hot summer due to stress. My toes are my worst area and I sometimes wake up due to the pain in them even though I wear socks to bed.
Massaging the area helps with blood flow, and I will use a moist heat heating pad at times. Good luck to you, I know how painful it is.
Hugs, Robin
