I just started getting this the last few days. Really new sensation for me. I thought my cell phone was in my pocket on vibrate. It wasn't.
I get it several times a day. Maybe muscle spasm? Anyone else ever get this?

Yes ma'am! I get it in my feet and legs...a buzzing vibration. I have read several posts on this subject and it seems many of us are blessed with this symptom.

Even people without Fibro get this sometimes.

I get that vibrating in my legs if I've done too much or haven't slept enough.

I've had this in my legs and also my feet. It's a weird feeling, isn't it!

Hi guys,
I can't recall the name of the condition but I did use to get it. I heard the best way to overcome it is to be more active. Check and see if walking around helps when it happens.
