This article, "Why Exercise Will Help Your Fibromyalgia", was on AOL this morning. I whole-heartedly agree with it because I'm living proof. I started a walking program for myself and I do it every day. I walk at least a mile a day (30 minutes) and it helps decrease my pain, decreases my fatigue, and increases my positive attitude. I'm far happier doing this. I don't always feel like walking but I do it anyway and it has paid off BIG TIME! I'm stronger, happier, and am able to take on more things because of exercising.
Here is a link to the article. At the bottom of the article, it sends you to another article called, "How Exercise Fits In To Fibromyalgia Treatment". It's very good too. I hope you all take this to heart. This really has helped me a lot.
