Hi Everyone,

I just spoke with a clinic that does decompression for nerve damage. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it helped?

If you mean spinal decompression, have heard that it helps some people. I use an inversion table which decompresses my spine. I like it and use it a couple times/ week. Really helps with my shoulder/neck pain and hip pain (sometimes).

Before we knew I had Fibro, and was working under the assumption of a disc bulge, I was indeed doing Spinal Decompression at my Chiropractors office. It helped, but I've never been restored to 100%, not even on my pain meds. Do not give up hope though; no two Fibromites are the same and what works for one may not work for the other. Try it and see and perhaps report back to us:D

Btw, it was a VERY relaxing session;) You'll enjoy it if you decide to try it. I was put on a electric type that was programmable. Do you know if that's the same kind they'd be using?
