I think I'm gonna try that squeezing a ball trick to strengthen my hands because they are alot weaker these days. My foot is the biggest problem with mortons neuroma but I heard of exercises such as walking tip toes and then just on the heels and of course stretching and picking up a pencil off the floor with your toes. I can't do that one yet and the heels one is a tough one but I guess all exercise helps. I miss the gym and I really need to lose weight after the holidays so I'm gonna try to get there even if I can't do much. Sorry I ran off to another subject.....
