I've noticed the same thing. I used to wear a watch and bracelets all the time but now they just drive me crazy (from just irritating to painful aching). I also can't wear certain socks - they have to be very loose. Loose clothing in general just makes life a little more comfortable. But then, I've found that I'm hypersensitive in general so I think it just goes along the same lines.

Also, I find that fingerless gloves are much more preferable over traditional gloves - something about having my fingers covered really bothers me sensitivity wise. And for socks, if it's your ankles and shins that are bothering you I'd suggest either loose knit socks (like the ones for hiking) or anklets if it's not ridiculously cold where you are.

Yep, I'm experiencing this right now. I can't wear watches, and even my wedding ring hurts me sometimes, oh and long sleeves rubbing against my wrist. Socks get to me, but the pain is not as bad as the wrists and fingers.

Generally my symptoms are from the changing weather patterns, but heat tends to help *God I wish I had a hot-tub/whirlpool tub:p*.
