I have never had headaches before up until now of course... But its not like a head pain. Its like my head will just squeeze and I have to stop and wait for my head squeezing to pass... Some days this will go on non stop. I don't know if that's a migraine or what but its been happening for the past 3 or 4 months... Also I get chest tightening and sometimes my chest and head will simultaneously squeeze and that freaks me out... I have had a brain MRI (normal) and a complete heart workup that was also normal... Does this headache/tightening sound familiar to anyone??

Is the headache affected when you move your neck a certain way? You could have something called cerviocogenic headaches. Mine are caused by chronic muscle spasms in my neck and they can also trigger spasms in other parts of my body. I have had a lot of luck with trigger point injections in my neck. They hurt like a !!!! But well worth it

well sometimes the neck will spasm just like the head... I have constant neck pain but I have had it so long I just forget about it lol and mentioning it... I have had at times my chest neck and head squeeze simultaneous...

I suffer from horrible migranes due to a syst on the brain and allergies. What you describe sounds slightly similiar to what I get from time to time. You may want to have your dr check for allergies if you can. I get the chest squeeze feeling as well,but it's a muscle thing for me and that doesn't make sense if it would be one the head also. I hope you feel better.

I get different types of headaches, one type is in the front of my head, in the forehead area and the temples, I have so much pressure it feels like it's just going to burst! But I also have allergies, so I tend to get alot of sinus headaches, and sometimes I get headaches just on one side, in my temple area and behind my eye, and forehead. It's awful!

I get cerviocogenic headaches due to my arthritis and disc problems in my neck and I also get vertigo from this

do you get vertigo from this.

I have had mri's too and shows nothing in my head......

I also have menieres and tinnitus...

last two time I wash hair in shower sitting on my chair 4 hours later I got vertigo.. now I am terrified of washing hair...

this never happen before when i was hair.......

today my neck is bad shape and i have a headache... 7 days

since i washed hair... used a dry shampoo yesterday but would really like to wash hair.. just the thought of doing this sends me into a panic

as 4 hours after the last time i washed hair i got vertigo..

I also have balance problems.
