If you're like me, you'll probably be able to add to this message thread on a daily basis.

Although most of my body has generalized aches and pains, the part of my body bothering me the most today is. . .

My back.

I wish I could visit an online retailer & order a new back today (but by the time it arrivd, my back would probably be fine & I would want a new knee or shoulder. . . lol!)

I guess I am having a good day today because I cannot pinpoint any spot that hurts right now. Give me an hour and that may change.

My back is now a lot better but my ears are ringing loudly. Not sure which one I would rather have!

My hands hurt but the dull throbbing ache in them is normal so I didn't even think about it earlier. So far, so good otherwise.

Never had the ear ringing issue, I bet that can be aggrevating. Is it sorta like the high frequency sound that used to come from the old tv's? I used to have issues with that but with the new flat screen/? I don't have it any more. But, as soon as I walk into a house that has the old style TV I know it.

Yes that's very much like how it is for me. Sometimes the sound wavers with my hearbeat. Some people have buzzing.

Wore heels today I have never had problems with before. Went to the pool and did some deep water aerobics.

The area right above my knees, thighs, the area right above my elbows, and the fleshy area on my side/back. Ding, ding! These are the winners today.

I am having soreness all over. If you grab me I would probably scream. I can't wait till I get home. Less strss.

Now I have tinnitis, backache & neck stiffness with slight pain. I took another Tramadol. I am not letting this get me down today though. Hope you can fight that too.

My hip. I haven't been comfortable all day, because no matter how I sit, it hurts. =( I even tried to take some pain relievers and that didn't help either.

Look up stretches for hip bursitis. Worked amazingly well even after 2 Tramadols and a Flexeril did nothing

    Of the million different aches and pains I've had (for no good reason) the one I've been having is no less goofy....

    I have this spot on my leg, kind of around the right side of my shin.... not near anything like tendons, muscles, joints, etc.... but just kind of one of those "do nothing areas" that is so sore, it will make me jump, and darn near bring tears to my eyes, if I touch it. Feels kind of hot right now. Of course their is no swelling, no redness, and I'd bet my truck, a Dr. would find nothing wrong if they looked for something....

    Freaking stupid FM mad   Are we allowed to curse FM here ? :)

    It feels hot to the touch? If so you should have it looked at. Don't assume "it's just fibro"

    apple, your probably right..... and if it were to really just continue....

    But again, with no visible signs, I guarantee my Dr. would just look at me cross eyed ! No.... actually my Dr. (the one that diagnosed me wth FM in the first place) is somewhat sympathetic with FM. I just really doubt he'd find anything.

    :) LOL .....well that too :)

    It would be different if it were like a muscle, tendon, or joint, that was affecting my work, or my work outs. But instead, it's like, "Oh yea'.... it's fine. Just don't even brush it with a feather, if you don't want to be sent through the ceiling" !

    Just goofy.

    I made the mistake of bringing in the groceries last night... -_- Both of my arms are sore today. Who'da thought. I used to work a job where I had to lift 100 lbs and now I can barely lift 20 without soreness.

    I made a mistake today, too. Was actually having a better day, so what do I do? Overdo it, of course. Lifted wet towels out of the washer and put them in the dryer, with the help of my reacher, of course. They weren't very wet, but still, I knew it was stupid and unnecessary (kicking self within an inch of my life)

    So I vote for my whole left side.

    Yesterday, ivisitedmy gentleman friend's lovely new apartment. We bought a new dining room table, quite lovely, with inlaid slate panels and hard wood, and an ingenius extender built in.

    We had to take off the legs, and then carry the tabletop up a flight of twisty, steep stairs, and then reattach the legs.

    Mystery pain area-shoulder blades, neck, butt, and thighs.

    Here's my mystery pain: I've been sleeping on my right side forever, since the left side is always sore (I might trade off for a few minutes, but that's all. I mean for at least 2 decades. No problem.)

    So now I really can't lie on my left side at all (with the ruptured disc and sciatica pain) and my right thigh decides to act up. For the last few nights, after a couple of minutes, it starts aching badly. Now I have to sleep on my back, with pillows under my knees. This isn't nearly as comfortable for my back, and I don't know if I'll be able to do this after my back surgery.

    I can't figure out why my right leg is suddenly aching. I suppose I'm putting more weight on it when I walk, but then why doesn't it hurt at other times? I don't feel it at all until I'm lying on it.
