Anyone else have bouts where you look like you have parkensons?

I shake from head to toe, 2 days now. Usually it is just 15min here or there, but it won't stop this time.

I get this. Try staying off of caffiene and sugar and see if that helps. They affect me.

I went for a sleep study a few years ago. It was specifically for sleep apnea, which it turns out, I do not have. The technician did tell me however, that I twitched all over, throughout the study. She told me she understood why I wasn't feeling rested because I jumped and twitched and moaned like I was being constantly startled. I take requip and it does help.

Thanks, I will talk to my doctor about requip, my mom is law is on that. I don't have much sugar or caffiene in my body to cause the shakes, I do wish I did so it would be the problem. I haven't been put on any meds recently either. It's quite scary.

Right now my whole body is twitching, sore cagey muscles. Feels like I ran a marathon! Just so you know, your not alone
