Hello Klambert.
Yes, for about 9 months, I used a juicer every day after work. Never fruits, or anything tasty like that. Heck, I could eat fruit all day long as it is. Instead, I just used all the veggies I would not usually take the time to prepare, chew, and swallow :)
Then I would chug down this nasty pea green looking stuff... like 16 oz of it. Burp. That was easy :) Really wasn't as horrid as it looked :)
I really did feel amazingly satiated, and had good energy afterward.
I only stopped because of the hassles / costs of always having those fresh veggies around, and cleaning the juicing machine every day.

Now, you said > While I know this will not cure my fibro......
Well, probably not. But I can honestly tell you that going from the unhealthiest lifestyle one could possibly imagine, to a fitness freak, like I have, has reduced my FM symptoms by 95%, and knocked my chronic IBS into 100% remission.
Maybe I'm just the single luckiest case on the planet. But then again, I really am yet to find anyone with FM and / or IBS, who went from one extreme to the other, with the way they live > eat, and exercise < the way that I have, so I can't really say if what I have done would work for somebody else, or not.
I will say this; Had I talked to somebody with a story like mine 10 years ago, I think I'd have been willing to try it... or any other crazy thing, to eliminate the suffering I used to deal with on a daily basis.
Best wishes,
I KNOW FM sucks !
