Keep our extended family (my foster brothers biological family) in prayer. My foster brother was killed with his k9 partner in Iraq in 2007.
Anyhow, now his nephew (his biological sister's kid) is up in Heaven. Poor kid was one of those kids to have a heart attack during sports. He was 12. He just had complications from recovery and passed away yesterday.

Now he's the sixth death in these past two months in the family. The other bad was my biological mother having 2 surgeries because she fell and broke her foot in 3 places plus shattered her ankle.

It's hard to lose family members...but especially a child. I'm so sorry to hear this. Many prayers heading for you and your family.

Thinking of you, Smurfy...you must just be shell-shocked by now. Keeping one foot going in front of the other. Wow. I am so sorry.
