Has anyone tried gaba herbal supplement for fibromyalgia pain? I have read that it has helped with fibromyalgia pain and anxiety. Has it worked for you?

I take Gaba in powder form more to help me sleep and I swear by it.
As for fibro pain that's day in day out but I've not had a "major" flare up for months. I'm not sure if it's my very much appreciated and guaranteed sleep or it it's Gaba that's reduced the flare-ups. <3

Welcome, uplateagain.
Sorry, I think everyone has managed to go to sleep early tonight except us.
I take Gabapentin (perscript
ion) at night. it really seems to help my nighttime pains.
